The way this is trading 3 is now a long shot IMO. .0015 more likely in my opinion. Seems to be trying to form a new lower channel. Nothing seems low enough here. CEO hasn't followed through on much so I don't believe it won't reverse split. And usually they drop price to .ooo1 before that happens.
