these guys got caught with too much product in channel. happens in high growth deals when your VAR's get commissions based on order flow. harder to track actual end user sales vs typical charge-backs so then your bank lines of credit for factoring receivables can collapse. once the inventory channel is cleared up you have one trick pony.
