You are correct with that statement. I have seen the majority of pennies spike up to only fall back down again.

ENDV is not "up" at the moment. It is near bottom and we have people selling for losses.

If someone takes the loss because they can put the remaining cash into something that they are sure to move up now....then by all means.....

But if someone is selling only because they are mad/sad to see the red in the portfolio, I believe now is the incorrect time to sell.

The President is buying a lot more shares at this level. That should show some confidence in the company.

There are still some upcoming catalysts that can move the SP back up.
