The way I read it is they are allocating 100 million shares. The AS right now is 500 million. This states that Northbridge cant own more than 5% of OS. So that would mean the company would have to dillute shares to 2 billion in order to satisfy this and not have Northbridge go over 5% when 100 million shares are fully exercised? Im still fairly new to this. Someone please correct me if Im wrong.
