madprophet, no wonder no one is selling, something is brewing and its almost ready to pop!!!, have a plan how to sell, I went through VRNG, don't try to make millions, when you hit your mark bail out with what you had planed to receive. Then don't go back in. Don't worry, be happy. GLTA.

I saw a recent ruling by the CAFC on its web site. It was the Otonomy case. The decision used this language:
"...we reverse the Board’s priority determination and remand for entry of judgment on priority in favor of Otonomy"

This seems to be a decent compromise for WDDD - remand but with an ORDER to enter judgment in favor of Worlds. NO need for further PTAB review or litigation. Nothing for the PTAB to do but write the judgment order mandated by the CAFC.
A formality- something that may add a few months to the end goal of the District Court - but with the confidence of knowing that the ruling is favorable to Worlds.
The discussion about remand with guidance was never something I wanted to see because the PTAB could go off again.
This type of ruling prevents that IMO.
Anyone read this differently?
How does this sound:
"We reverse the Board's decision regarding the privity of Bungie and remand for entry of judgment on privity (RPI) in favor of World's".
