There are no “Chinese” here. This is a zombie shell w/ nothing going on. Frack tried to put a deal together and it fell thru and now there is nothing going on.
The confusing part is why Frack can’t shop the shell to another group and get out. He is obviously focused on his newest acquisition so it only contributes to the pickle we are in here. If you know anything about R/M’s BOTH parties are motivated to consummate the merger. It doesn’t take 2 years for the “Chinese” to sign off..... think about it.....The only reason the existing private company would even consider reverse merging is because there is an upside for THEM, not shareholders. The fact that this has drug out for 2 years tells you they have changed their minds and now their is ZERO incentive to get the deal done. So essentially Frack is clueless how to move forward and here we sit. He has moved on to another shell and he will probably scam the new investors there as well.
We need him to find a buyer. The shell is still valuable. That is our hope....
