Too late. Kosmos already got almost every block they wanted. They have an interest in 5,6,10,11,12 and 13 already. There has been zero interest in blocks 3 and 9. So the only block left that Kosmos wants is block 4. And they may get that one in arbitration or in court soon. That only leaves Blocks 1 and 2 for Total. Kosmos had no interest in those because they have the same geology as the nearby JDZ where there have been no commercial discoveries.
It is really not hard to keep up with these things when you actually do some DD.
