Did they indicate that they may be able to ramp up production before the facility is finished??..as the facility is being completed??

No.

They will report revs quarterly, and we can dig through it to determine weekly/monthy sales...

I did not hear any discussion about accelerated production. Currently there are several new buildings under construction, so it may be possible if the main production building is completed first.
