Blom isn’t just a director, he has a work compensated contract as the CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The word CHIEF means he’s the boss

I unnderstand he’s trying to shy away from Actions and decisions made in GNCP

But as a matter of fact they are all HIS ACTIONS AND DECISIONS
