Forgot last step concerning the .0026

If I remember correctly most of us used this formula

Your EPGL shares * 1.30 / 500= number of Inwith shares.

or 1.30 * Your EPGL shares * .098 = Share Swap Value

Share Swap Value / InWith shares = InWith value per share

.098/49 = .002 * 1.3 = .0026
