Nope, the scam claims are not supported by science.

Scammy companies have been making these same/similar claims for years, with no scientific support or evidence.

"cluster size" change only can happen due to impurities. Then it is not really water anymore, but a mixture with impurities added by ALKM.

Anyone with basic high school chemistry knows that the scammy claims are not supported by science.
