Scandium made the critical materials list, which has yet to be acted upon, probably at least partially due it's mention in 2018's NDAA and the DoD's subsequent report to the Senate armed services committee. I'm not inclined to read too much into it not being mentioned in 2019's NDAA, that ball is already rolling. Do you feel differently?
