Yeah I'm surprised this low floater isn't up a lot more today. But I'll gladly be accumulating TCCO in the $4's. They'll have that excellent looking comp sitting there for months. Fiscal Q3 earnings of .13/share vs. a loss last year on 45% revenue growth, plus .80/share in cash on the balance sheet. And bullish commentary in the earnings PR. Sounds like they're close to landing at least one sizable international contract. TCCO had that crazy run to $15 around the beginning of 2018 (when they weren't even profitable). A contract announcement in the coming weeks could send this low floater rocketing back to double digits.
