Cheynew, when deals are made there is also guidelines that require investors to support / buy the stock at much higher prices later on

Somehow I don't think we have seen nearly enough of the details being hidden for now

The question now is who is invested behind Midcap Funding III LLC that has rights to the IP and how they were given those rights

Chey, is it possible that some of those options relate to his earlier positions with Avid and predate his appointment to Principal Financial Officer, but now have to be disclosed?
