I remember in TINO's 2015 scam they put out pictures of dirt hills with cactus declaring in a grandiose way a crew was going to survey for minerals. Guess what, never came to fruition.

You can show us a picture of Halley Berry in the buff but if she's married we still can't touch her.

I am very familiar with mining in Mexico - and no one in the mining industry uses the term claims - they are called mining concessions.

All mining is controlled by the Mexican Secretary of Economy.

There are different mining concessions - such a Exploration which is for proof of mining.
