I happen to know Who one of the backing partners to Triton is (Who wishes to stay anonymous at this time). Dont underestimate what they can or cannot do. Dont take a M&A transaction out of your equation just yet- they can work their way around this clause and if they really want to, things are going to happen this coming week.

I dont even have a position yet as ive been a watcher Only up until now. Order is in ECN and we shall see.
