there is definite value and that forward potential is what values GWPH for sure, but its hard when we are talking several years ahead for them to start capitalizing - they will probably need a large offering to fund that, but well, hell, this is the company that continues to surprise and maybe their retail provides enough cash flow down the road to do the job! ha, can always wish, but thats a deep bank that will be needed as they get to ph 2 ph 3
