Nagasdog - Cayetano reckons framework and draft agreement has/will be signed off in the next few weeks[ he says i think Aug/Sept ] ........Xi visits November , my guess they are planning a presidential signing then.....of course we are in the PI....so it could drag some more, but hang in....we are getting there
