Plus, after the the success fee was triggered, did the price hover around the $8 level? Nope, it went up almost 50%. Hmmm. Seems fishy to me.

The whole idea that this success fee was such a huge deal and lead them to suppress the share price is absurd. The success fee, which was paid in shares, is relative peanuts and is a minor story. By reading these boards, one would think the success fee was a massive material corporate event, when, in fact, it was essentially meaningless. If by suppress you mean they sold shares using the ATM at around $8, then I guess the share price was suppressed. But realistically, they did not actively suppress the share price to avoid the insignificant success fee.

There was big sells after it broke below 12, But no big buys all day,I think no fund managers are interested in the company hence our thinly traded status, I don’t think Friday was manipulation,, but ok we hit 5.2 million in sales almost exclusively Germany! So I think investors are more like,, What now Dr Chan? I don’t know why nobody but me is calling for expansion of the MGMT team?

"Since the Q1 2018 call, they resumed using the Cantor ATM in a *BIG* way -- nearly doubled its total usage: they sold 679,439 shares to raise $7.523M. At least they're selling high. This calculation comes from subtracting the numbers in these two statements:

(1) From Q2 2018 10-Q: "In the aggregate, the Company has sold 2,067,735 shares at an average selling price of $8.66 per share, generating net proceeds of approximately $17,379,000 under the terms of the Sales Agreement."

(2) From Q1 2018 10-Q: "In the aggregate, the Company has sold 1,388,296 shares at an average selling price of $7.32 per share, generating net proceeds of approximately $9,856,000 under the terms of the Sales Agreement."
