I thought the Government was giving them $12 million? I can't find any CD's that add up to $7.9 million so that is what I asked of the person claiming there is. I figured if they have did the DD properly, they would have a list of them. Apparently not as I have failed to get any answers although I have asked the same question on 4 different occasions. JMHO
