Yes, Pestell's company needs to prepare GAAP financials which takes time, then the acquisition itself and some additional running costs for his bought company.
The overall financials will then be presented to Pestell's investors, whether they stay or go - i.e. they will be offered shares as well. AFAIK it was about $1.4M invested in ProstaGen w/o looking at my blog. So shares of ProstaGen will be converted to CYDY for Pestell and his investors. Usually using a lockup period.
Some more neutral bridge financing and then hopefully the big one, covering for all costs over a longer period.
After all is done, we have the clear picture.
I might be that company doesn't even have that crystal clear picture themselves right no and cannot communicate until paperwork is done.
Chump, does you child play with ratios? Pestell/CYDY ratios?
1/4, 1/6, .. most close?
All this could take 1-3 month? Usual timeframe for M&A?
