Some are too emotionally deep into their positions to realize the folly they are taking.

I have explained my position from a logical perspective, and presented it to others. Can't say that about ALL from BOTH sides, can we?
You can agree or disagree with my logical thinking that I presented, but calling it emotions is pushing it.
