Its no different than chopping up a $30K car and selling the parts for $50K+. The NOL's have value, the patents have value, the plant has value. Corporate raiders made a killing in the 80's taking over companies w/ horrible management and selling the companies in pieces. You ever watch "Wall Street"? This situation is no different. Why do you think the hedge funds that own $BIOAQ increased their position sizes on the dump? I'm in this but down only 4% and looking to increase my position this week.
