Scott Caldwell was CEO when the debt and currency swaps were done, he was fired in 2013 for some reason and replaced by the Chairman Bob Buchanan, Buffington came after Buchanan.
Scott Caldwell was CEO when I looked at the project in 2012, Buffington the last time I looked.
Jones was there in 2012 as well as Thom.

The currency swaps were nothing more than a roll of the dice, which ended up costing us a company. The entire mgmt team should be shot.
