Really? I didn’t realize the importance of me posting. I feel like we’ve been waiting forever for this deal to get done, so I’ve just been doing other things and waiting for this thing to happen. Looks like we have some people that are getting tired of waiting and are selling. Do I blame them, not really if you’ve been in this thing for a while and you need to free up money. I got in in January, super early, so my risk is quite small based on PPS.
I’ve seen some posts about the progress on the site being little to none and that is something we talked about early on. This was said to be delayed after the groundbreaking, but everything is still approved and will be going forward. It was my assumption that this whole thing would kick off once this merger took place. Hence the reason I haven’t been wanting to go look at the site, or looking for pictures of the site because I knew they’re probably wouldn’t be much going on. I have spoken to the attorney on the bright green side and another poster has spoken to the attorney on the Acoma side and both have assured us that this is all moving forward. So in speaking with those guys it eased any concerns I had. I can tell you as long as it’s taken has been very frustrating for myself and people that got in as short as a month ago. Hopefully everything will drop this month and we can start dissecting this entire deal once it’s made public. Based on my conversations with the attorney I can assure you it’s coming, but to the extent of the deal we will have to wait to find out. But again, according to the attorneys the Acoma development is still a greenlight and set to go. And we wait...
