I tried to use a starting point cut off of early 2017 when compiling my list.

Joseph Arcaro has been hijacking shells since before 2010 and NUGS I think he got in 2015 if I remember right. And I'm not sure he got it via custodianship petition. The Minnymar Group had hijacked it in 2010/2011 and I think they peddled it off in 2014 and by 2015/early 2016 it ended up in Joseph Arcaro's hands. Didn't really become a big play until it changed names to Cannabis Strategic Ventures (NUGS) in December of 2017 at the perfect time when the Cannabis industry was just heating up again for a stretch.

Shell hijacking has been going on since the early 2000s and shell hijackings via custodianship petitions has been going on since 2005 so we are talking hundreds of shells if I go back far enough.

I have lots of old notes tracking hijackings going back to 2005 incluing a list of over 60 hijackings done by Adam Tracy and alist of over 120 hijackings done by Michael Anthony, etc. But to keep things clean and managable I only went back to early 2017 when compiling my list.

Most people are just concerned with current custodianship deals anyways.
