Sam, where are you getting these numbers from? Dude only purchased like 3k shares @ around $2.50 give or take. How are you extrapolating $3million? Regardless of their salary, putting money into stock is not to be taken lightly.

Sam...IF...and that is a BIG IF... BOD and execs exercise their FULL rights and buy MAX allowed shares...then and only then MIGHT this just switch back to a buy. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it to happen if past actions are a predictor of future behavior.
