Industrial Nanotech Current Financial Delay Lie, Please explain
The old lie about the delay of the financials was that nobody at Industrial Nanotech knew how to operate the accounting software. While this lie was implausible, at least it made some sense.
The OTC markets clearly and unambiguously report that INTK is unable to provide financials.
Are we to believe that in this context unable means something different then the actual meaning? Are we also to believe that Industrial Nanotech's abandoning of their Florida State corporate registration is good news?
How are we to understand the IRS and State of Florida tax liens? Is this the sign of better things to come?
The last time unaudited financials were filed there was zero dollars in the bank, the loss for the previous six months was $565,880.00 on sales of $214,199, which means that for each and every dollar of sales reported there was a loss of $2.64.
The current lie is some bewildering statement about the transfer agent. However, when you google "Industrial Nanotech transfer agent" you get the message Missing: transfer ?agent. Here is where I am lost. Is there a transfer agent, and if so, what is the name of the transfer agent?
Also, the current lie from Industrial Nanotech clearly states the financials are to be available on June 15, 2018. Does anybody have the date of the newer lie about the publishing of the financials or should we be guided by the old lie?
