Definitely a head fake. Why? Several reasons, but one thing that rings deafening and insulting to retail is... they didn't have Faith enough or Character enough to buy at higher prices. Sure, they'll have 1.5Billion shares or more between them, but (assuming it's not a Total scam) they're in at almost the bottom while retail is left holding the bags unless a fluke Spike happens to allow them to come Close to breaking even. It's too little too late and only greenhorns or the very desperate will buy just because of this boldly stated non event
