1. Under the table deals
2. Manipulation of loss (Enerplex) - i really do not think there was a 16 million loss. He must have transferred to singapore based TFG.
3. He knew when to release and his hedge fund based company buy when needed (pump and dump) and the rest of the time he is allowing it to be naked shorted.
4. To fool the SEC, out of the swindled money from shareholders, he organized a loan through TFG and then converted them to common shares.

It is a shame that the Market God's allow these company's to do RS after RS. Where is the regulation to preserve a fair market?
