You do realize that Viva Live Tv is nothing but a distributor of content? They have not developed nor do they own any intellectual property related to the service or streaming capabilities itself. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of distributors that use the underlying infrastructure created by a wholly separate software company. OTTV is nothing but a white label for the service. So in effect, JF and his cronies thought they could leverage their "marketing expertise" and relationships within the Hispanic community to simply out market and out grow other distributors. You can see how well that worked out. The service may be good, but it's not their technology and they certainly don't have any intellectual capital related to the services. It's purely a marketing play, and a terribly failed one at that. Directv Now, Youtube TV, and every other major provider already has the network of customers to crush these white label ottv schemes. Viva has literally zero money to advertise and well over $20MM in losses already. If you can't see the writing on the wall, I just plain feel bad for you.
