Newsflash for you guys talking about chasing his assests if he screwed you.

IF HE SCREWED YOU, YOU WON'T FIND HIS ASSETS. Courts can only go back a limited amount of time. If he moved all of his assets 3 months ago, you are out of luck.

Question: Why do a reverse split recently if you knew your company was over? It wouldn't happen.

Show me ONE example of a company doing a reverse split and then closing it's doors this soon. I don't think you can.
