They had it but let the stock languess below .01 long enough to loose it and then they just regained it, but only by taking a .0015 stock and bending over the shareholders with a R/S. If they don't get someone in there to turn things around, I expect it to keep drifting downward.
Any OTC stock that only survives by selling shares last forever.
