I don't know what the story is with HMNY. But I moved away from startup companies a long time ago. I need sound fundamentals. Profits, good balance sheet and preferably a superior technology although that one is always subject to debate.
CEO's do lie. When they are desperate. When they need money. That's why fundamentals are important to me. Not because I think the share price will go up, but because you don't get this nonsense. The lies, the hype, the toxic notes.
SIAF is a $635M net asset company with almost no debt. They shouldn't be issuing shares and certainly not give them to people who don't want them. I mean, come on. They shouldn't be giving out shares as collateral to help fund partners either. We shouldn't be growing HU plants or cattle. Does Solomon want to shape the future of indoor/outdoor aquaculture in China, OR NOT?
