JV partner has NO SAY ON FILING DOCUMENTS

Filing document represent company's past operations and JV has no say on it, if GNCP wants to file 12 x 10000 pages document they can. Period.

The only reason the JV would insist in having the filings modified, would be to hide something damaging for the JV, as the JV candidate may already be linked to GNCP as an insider, note holder or creditor
