you talking about Canadian legalization? because my understanding is that this is an American company... USA legalization will happen in probably 10 years at federal level...when a company has a many huge increments in price for not reason it is most likely due to stock manipulation... stock manipulation = Scam in my opinion... this company was on the GRAY OTC market before they had a name change to go back as a reporting pink OTC market... One of the reason the Sec suspended them was because of stock manipulation... that is enough reason for me to call this Scam
