Well you can suggest it all you like,,as matter of fact I think you should call Ken and tell him what you think. I`m sure he could use an after lunch laugh.

I have suggested a similar possibility in the past. They could essentially spinoff NEO and HOT/everything else separately.

NEO portion of the company will be spun out as a subsidiary

You presented us with a highly unlikely scenario. You need to recall that NEO was bought by Amgen using a long term option (call it BIO-LEAP) that cost them about $60M. Very cheap, indeed. Amgen OWNS almost everything related to NEO platform. Why would the allow for a NEO spin-off? Why would they want to buy NEO prematurely? Would you exercise your options if you have few more year before expiration?
There's no way Advaxis can force Amgen to re-negotiate the NEO deal. Period. They may want to jump in to grab HOT as it is a direct (and less expensive) competition to NEO. Efficacy is yet to be shown for either platform.

More complicated than necessary, sell the entire thing to Amgen. If they get Merck to buy axal along with hot cervical indication prior to full sale to Amgen that would maximize shareholder value and fits better in Merck's portfolio. Probably won't happen though, Advaxis and Amgen will have a idea of neo potential shortly, then starts the fireworks.
