If it's a PR, they can submit it on Wednesday 8/8/18 for RELEASE on 8/9/18, or since it's so close, they could put it in the 10-Q for the Quarterly Period Ended 06/30/18 due Tuesday, August 14, 2018 under SUBSEQUENT EVENTS to avoid promotion.
