This is a POS stock selling ticker telling you right int he report they are going to dilute even more and that they cannot protect their IP and brands even if they make them money. And IF they make the company money they have a backlog of debts to the CEO, noteholders and others... tells you in report they are going to dish out more preferred shares (to be converted and dumped probably) and over 1 million in diluted $ for SH in this Q alone.
