Jap, I’m sure there are outs in the agreement with Stendhal that probably include a reasonable conclusion that continuing is pointless due to early results, etc. I just doubt that one side can simply walk away due to money concerns. There may be specific penalties for doing so, as you suggest. I also tend to doubt that ADXS contemplated ever abandoning a Phase 3 trial of its leading application, with SPA, for any reason other than unapprovable early results. But I don’t know that for a fact.
