Samsleiman, the toxicity is what is damaging NPHC;

Handing out free-trading stock at a 40-45% discount to market means there will always be sellers that can profit no matter how low the PPS goes. And to think if a penny stock ever becomes successful they company will pay their debt with real cash instead of stock that is free is not likely.
