#265331 RE: BriarPatch #265327

Well, several points:

I've been nosing around for breaking news on the NJ front, still browsing, lol.
I noted the earliest possible date for the NuLeaf harvest to be around the 6th of September, which matches your data pretty closely.

weho news...
San Leandro Grand Opening news...
Carnegie cultivation and extraction license news...
Dyer cultivation and extraction license news...
NuLeaf partnership deal approved by State...
Extraction Lab (NuLeaf) news...
Additional NV Licenses news...
Additional CA Licenses news...
NJ news...
Hegenberger news (55 days into the "75 days or so")...

crushing the vv's in a lawsuit... Priceless!

plus the I'm sure I left some out news, lol.

In no specific order:

1. I should know some Santa Ana non retail specifics within the next couple days....(could very well be today, tomorrow)...

2. Of significance (NJ) is while applications for this round of medical to be issued, it was stated in the same announcement other processes will be following shortly.

3. NV extraction (NuLeaf facility) should literally be any day...(approval to commence operations)

4. WeHo now in week 9 of review process (300 applications, review team of 5 individuals) which will probably continue for quite a while. This one should be considered a "lottery ticket" due to how the process strayed from a traditional application process. They (City/Review board) are seeking a "vision"....so, it's merely a group of people "interpreting art" per se.....as opposed to a traditional hard criteria/requirements process....

5. (longest explanation):
NV cultivation (NuLeaf facility)-
They are now in week 9 of veg, which is substantial regardless of method(s) utilized.

The importance of this operation is "full production", not necessarily first harvest.

Ideally, "full production" will entail all (flowering) rooms in facility full, and flowering initiated, which as discussed previously, should be "staggered", so that let's say, 1 room coming down weekly (which should be in maybe 200+/- unit (lb) range....I don't know many specifics, but that wouldn't be unreasonable....could be 150 a room, could be 250 a room......(weekly)....too many variables...

Could they at this point initiate a first flowering period within say a week or two?, Sure.....but "full production" would be much more attractive and desired, and might only add several more weeks.....this process (veg, then expand, then initiate flower weekly, room by room) takes a little while to get going, but again, that brings one to "full production"....

I hope that was somewhat clear and understandable...my (personal) desires to see full production entering end of year/new year...(and then 2019 will contain 100% production numbers)...

Yes, we know....(50% ownership)....but worthy of note is that 50% ownership should exceed a 100% return (annual) on what was paid, if not more....if utilizing the above in various ways, one could call it 100 units a week (after split). Note, they are vertically integrated, but might not be doing 100 unit a week (cultivation to retail shelves), so, factor in a little wholesale, split it, and still comes out to around 30 something hundred a unit. (I despise ballpark cultivation retail/wholesale estimates)....

Any way you slice it, I think they paid 4.5 (for 50% of both), which should be easy to hit, and anything more gravy....

(100 units a week at 3,500 per (some wholesaled, some retailed) is $18MM (gross). 50 units a week split 9MM gross....(and that is extremely conservative if they're pulling down those rooms weekly....

Point being.....forget about first harvest and focus on full production.....which they should enter shortly...(couple/several more weeks should be enough to have entire facility going...)

9 weeks veg easily 4' x 4' bushes capable of providing any and all cuttings needed to fill the rooms...(but again, they started from seed, which means they're also doing pheno selections ("mothers")

Bottom line, NYE (or sooner) they should be full production...

Again.....could they shave the first round and flip? (take cuttings, root and initiate flowering)......probably around now, yes, give or take a week here and there......

Again, difficult to make firm calls when don't know their methods, current status, an accurate picture of today....but would think another 60 days more than enough for entire facility to be "full production"...

Dyer and Carnegie actual mechanics another issue.....ie: exactly how they are proceeding.....are they going to fully build out prior to launch? Are they going to complete and launch dispo prior and then continue cultivation construction? Are they going to build the entire thing out and launch? Again, I'm simply seeking by NYE...(all complete, full launch of everything)..

As earlier, and previous....that would put 2 dispo/3 cultivation, 1 extraction full production NYE...and that's without any additional which will be taking place as well...(additional NV license(s), CA licenses, NJ progress, etc)...
