Hi there Tjainlv, my main point was a company that hasn't provided audited finances and trades on the pink sheets somehow acquires a company that has $12 million in revenue YET those details are made public and shareholders are suppose to feel good about that? This is the 2nd time that Jason hasn't provided the terms of an acquisition, that's concerning to me
