I am. But they also state that the 2.5b is almost all used up. The a/s going to 10b is inevitable. But how it is legal to immediately r/s after can’t be possible. If that was ok, why sell drugs or rob banks? Why do anything illegal if you can take a company, print shares to no end, blow smoke up everyones a$$, sell all shares, a/s then r/s immediately? Rinse, cycle, repeat...and never go to jail...
Something is fundamentally wrong with this picture.
