Obviously, Garcia is a serial scammer - look at TINO and then AFPW - first it was Henry Fong - then Ryan Schadel and now this clown Garcia.

TINO has been dark since 2012 - why hasn't Garcia filed any audited financials and then file a Form 10 so that TINO can be a fully reporting SEC company.

Why does the OTCM have TINO has no current information - the dreaded stop sign.

Why hasn't Garcia filed any financial information since June 2015 - nothing says scam like the CEO not filing any financial information for 3 years.

Garcia has bleed the TINO investors dry and now he is trying to pump the AFPW scam.
