imo the reason Dietrich was reinstated was because he had more dirt on Leighton and his gang of thieves than they had on him

it is one thing to hire escorts, participate in sexual activities at the company office, and use drugs at work but it is an entirely different animal when stock manipulation and colluding with the company comes to the party... and believe me Leighton and Honig have enough problems aready

The “judge” never heard the case as the case was dropped.. Big difference. The facts around the suit are all still intact and have never changed.
