And that is if after the reverse split there is substantial news Immediately after that will keep the stock from plumbing. So far that News has never appeared. My stock is now worth 20 times less than it was the day I bought it For that very reason-no news. The other strategy could be,if I want to think bad thoughts, That it would be very easy at this point to purchase all the stock for a pittance and take the stock private . There are only 675,000 shares outstanding. Less than 200,000 buys the whole shooting match.
