the last time MSRT made a significant move was BEFORE the MASSIVE DILUTION of TEN's of MILLIONS of discounted shares were added to the float

as long as the company continues to fund fruitless business model with free trading discounted shares there will be no gains to be had here

dilution is the number one killer of penny stocks.. especially the one that don't have any fundamentals
