Actually Kosmos may have won the arbitration and are still going after ERHC for damages caused by ERHC inappropiately disclosing propeitary information that was subject to a NDA.

If I am not mistaken the sealed case is the one asking for $500 million in damages.

If you have anything indicating otherwise feel free to share it with us. Who knows who might show up at the hearing on August 10? That could be interesting.
