I'm not saying that there isn't any oil. What I'm saying is that the hydrostatic pressure measured at the bottom of the well and apparently "mentioned" at the shareholder meeting is not the same thing as formation pressure.
It being mentioned at the shareholder meeting in the context that some could maybe draw an erroneous conclusion that the number represents formation pressure could perhaps be construed as the company "accidentally" misleading it's investors?
ZN seems to have no issue with PRing and/or leaking out cheery news. So why the enforced secrecy about the commercial viability of this well now that it's down to crunch time?
Again, it's worth noting that ZN has gotten SEC interested...
